We are one of the few Medicare Certified Rehab Agencies in our area. This certification is the highest credential allowed for a rehab practice. This means we abide by Medicare’s highest standards. We provide PT and OT services in Johnston, Sampson, Harnett, Duplin and Wayne counties. Patients do not have to be homebound to qualify for in-home services. Our patient outcomes are above national standards.

We provide highly skilled outpatient therapy in our office at 138 Magnolia Dr. Smithfield, NC.

In this space we provide one on one visits, private treatment rooms, close parking and a state of the art facility.

We provide highly skilled therapists for local home health agencies. All therapists are OASIS trained with multiple years of home health experience.

We offer PT and OT services customized for assisted living facilities. We provide consistent staff and are compliant with all state regulations.

Orthopedic Programs

Comprehensive orthopedic program for all orthopedic conditions. Have your surgeon fax us an order for in-home therapy prior to your surgery and we will make all arrangements including a pre-surgical visit to your home and an in-home visit the day after discharge. Recover in the convenience of your home with progression to outpatient services when appropriate.
