We are one of the few Medicare Certified Rehab Agencies in our area. This certification is the highest credential allowed for a rehab practice. This means we abide by Medicare’s highest standards. We provide PT and OT services in Johnston, Sampson, Harnett, Duplin and Wayne counties. Patients do not have to be homebound to qualify for in-home services. Our patient outcomes are above national standards.

Patients will receive one on one visits with a licensed clinician. The ordering physician will receive a plan of care after the initial evaluation and progress updates throughout the course of treatment.

Most insurances are accepted and filed for the patient. We also accept private pay for services not covered by insurance.

PT can manage many aspects of care including: medication, reconciliation, co-morbidity management (CHF, DM, COPD, etc.), edema management, surgical dressing changes etc.

CONTRACT STAFFING

 

We provide highly skilled therapists for local home health agencies. All therapists are OASIS trained with multiple years of home health experience.

We are all local therapists staffing for local agencies. Our rates allow the cost of the contract to be comparable or less than employing staff. This arrangement provides an economical and efficient solution to servicing our local community.

ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES

We offer PT & OT assessments with no order needed! This allows your facility to save a step in the referral process - just fax, email or call. If services are needed we will contact patient’s provider for orders. We will assign specific clinicians to your facility allowing for individualized care.

Continuing education is offered as well with state certified continuing education classes for CEU credit.

Quality Therapy Services is aware of the state’s compliance requirements for assisted living facilities. We will ensure our procedures and documentation are compliant. We take all COVID-19 precautions with daily staff screenings. We will prioritize your facility early in the day before other visits.
